Please enclose a covering letter, CV, photo and copies of your references.

The contact person responsible is given in the relevant job advertisements below. You can send your application to them and check on its progress.
1. What is the deadline for applying for an apprenticeship?
As many places are filled very quickly, we recommend that you apply by 30 September of the preceding year. However, we are also happy to receive your application at a later date. We also provide openings for newcomers from other backgrounds and those who have dropped out of university or college.
2. Should my parents come to my interview?
Your parents are welcome to come with you so that they can get to know us and the company. However, as a rule, we hold the interview with you on your own.
3. Can I apply for more than one skilled trade?
You can certainly apply for all the trades which interest you. However, this means you will need to submit the relevant number of applications. We will decide at your interview which position is best suited to you.

There are regular entry opportunities for graduates in all sectors of the BERGER GROUP. If your dream career is not listed in our job market, we are happy to accept a speculative application. We will be delighted to check out what opportunities we can offer you.

You will get an acknowledgement as soon as we receive your application documents. We will then check in-house as to whether we can offer you an entry opportunity in line with your qualifications. This can take some time, but we will get back to you!
1. What form does the selection process take?
The application documents which we receive are used to decide which applicants will be invited to an interview. Unfortunately we are not able to offer all applicants an interview.
The candidates invited to interview will meet one or more representatives of the company. As soon as all the interviews are complete, we will decide which applicants we can invite to join our team.
2. How long does the selection process take?
The recruitment process varies in length, but you can usually expect it to be 3 to 6 weeks.
